Enjoy the commercial benefits of humanising your workplace.

The Benefits of a connected organisation
Human beings are wired for connection. A workplace aligned with our natural “programming” can have transformative effects on the organisation.

Respectful Relationships
When employees see each beyond their roles, it facilitates empathy, care and mutual respect.

Organisational Trust
When employees care for each other they have each others’ backs, they feel safe and begin to trust each other.

Creativity & Collaboration
When employees trust each other, they feel less self-conscious, less self-censored, and free to be creative.

Employee Engagement
When employees feel connected to their teams and their work, they become highly motivated.

Productivity Boost
When employees are engaged, communicate and collaborate freely, their productivity increases significantly.

Mental Health
When employees communicate freely, stress and burnout risks can be promptly identified and mitigated.

Talent Retention
When employees are engaged and feel supported, they thrive and remain in the organisation.

Risk Reduction
When employees have the courage to speak up, they promptly communicate potential organisational risks.

What leaders are saying about Play, Align, Connect...

I think the opportunity just to accelerate relationship building through the activities would be really good. Great facilitation was amazing.

Any employer would benefit to create trust in the workplace and get to know people in a safe way, not just focusing on training and development on skills, but on understanding humans and how people work well together.

I've done business consulting and you don't fix the business, you fix the people. The business will take care of itself once you fix the people up, get them to work in the right direction.

Frequently asked questions
Yes! Our Glow program is specifically designed for this. It's an ongoing support package that includes quarterly refreshers, leadership coaching, and customised toolkits to help embed the practices from Spark and Kindle into your daily company rituals. We recommend scheduling this soon after your foundational program to ensure lasting cultural transformation.
Our programs are highly flexible and adapt to different spaces and group sizes (6-50 people). We use a mix of activities requiring:
-
Desks/tables for writing exercises
-
Open floor space for movement and acting work
-
Flexible seating (chairs that can be moved/reconfigured)
-
Ability to break into small groups and reform as one large circle
Suitable venues include:
-
Co-working spaces and event venues
-
Hotel conference facilities
-
Theatres and community halls
-
Company offices with flexible meeting rooms
-
Venues with outdoor access (bonus but not essential)
We'll work with whatever space you have available or can suggest budget-friendly options, but getting away from the usual office environment often enhances the experience. We'll discuss your specific venue during booking to ensure it works for your group size and program.
-
Absolutely! Our programs are excellent for company offsites and retreats. In fact, the offsite environment often enhances the experience because:
-
Participants are removed from daily work distractions and can focus fully on connection
-
The change of environment naturally opens people to new experiences
-
Extended time together allows for deeper relationship building
The relaxed atmosphere of an offsite complements our approach perfectly.
-
Yes, we've found optimal group sizes that ensure everyone gets meaningful participation while maintaining group dynamics:
-
Minimum participants: 6 participants (this ensures enough diversity of perspectives and energy for group activities)
-
Maximum participants: Up to 100 participants
-
Sweet spot: 12-36 participants (optimal for relationship building and meaningful dialogue)
For larger organisations:-
We can run multiple sessions for different teams or departments
-
Consider running separate programs for different levels (leadership team, middle management, frontline teams)
-
We are not licensed mental health professionals, counsellors, or therapists. Our programs complement but do not replace mental health support or employee assistance programs. We focus on team development and workplace relationships, not personal therapy. We maintain appropriate boundaries and respectfully refer individuals to qualified professionals when needed.
Our programs use multiple learning styles and we encourage participants to engage at their comfort level. However, we're not neurodiversity specialists and our experiential, group-focused approach may not suit everyone. We recommend discussing specific needs during booking so we can assess whether our program is a good fit for your team or suggest modifications where possible.
